Healthy Work-Life Balance

Happy Holidays! ðŸŽ„

As we wrap up another year, I want to take this moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to you.

Thank you for your continued support and trust in me as a career guide in your life.

Thank you for being part of this community.

And to my clients, I am so proud of you all.ʉϬ

Today’s email is short and sweet.

During this holiday time, I thought we should have a quick chat about healthy work-life balance.

Each person’s view of work-life balance will be different, depending on your preferences, responsibilities and career demands.

So I want you to ask yourself:

If I could create a life with healthy work-life balance, what would that look like?

  • Does this mean communicating clear boundaries between work and personal time with your colleagues?
  • Is it allocating quality time for your family or loved ones?
  • Will you disconnect from technology use after work hours?
  • Or dedicate more time to activities that bring you joy and relaxation, such as hobbies?

I’m no stranger to over-working and burn out.

I will work and work and work, and then wonder why I feel like I’ve missed out on things.

I’m more aware of it now, thankfully. ðŸ˜Š

So that’s why I want to encourage you to be present in your life.

Take time to be with the ones you care about.

Also, remember to recharge and rest during this busy social period.

If you need ideas for self-care, you can check out my blog link below with 8 Areas of Self Care with Examples. I share over 70 ideas!

It’s ok to give yourself exactly what you need.
